Changes to Credit Card Withdrawals

Posted on: 18 February 2019 , by: Pepperstone Support , category: Deposits and Withdrawals

We’ve made changes to the way you can withdraw funds, and want to make sure you’re across the detail.

What’s changed?

  • From Friday the 15th of February 2019, Pepperstone clients will no longer be able to withdraw funds to a credit card
  • We have a range of alternative methods available to withdraw to instead, including bank wire transfer, Paypal, Neteller and Skrill.

New to Paypal, Neteller or Skrill?

Read our how-to guides to find out how open your own PayPal, Neteller or Skrill account.

If you need help setting up any alternative withdrawal methods, please don’t hesitate to contact your trading specialist, or start a live chat now.

Why is this changing?

These changes have been brought in to provide a better level of security when withdrawing funds and to help ensure they can be processed in a timely manner. While this is a big change and may be a little inconvenient for those who prefer withdrawing via credit card, it’s been done in the best interests of our clients.
