• Tradingview – apply if you connect your Pepperstone account with Tradingview.

Regulatory and compliance information

• Financial Services Guide (FSG) – provides information about Pepperstone Group Limited, the financial services it is authorised to provide, how it is remunerated and how it manages conflicts of interest. 
• Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) (retail clients only) – contains important information for retail clients about our financial products, including features, benefits, risks, fees and costs.
• Target Market Determination – OTC Derivatives (retail clients only) – sets out how we’re keeping clients at the centre of our approach to the design and distribution of our financial products. The content of the TMD is general information only, and it’s up to you to make sure the products that we offer suit your specific needs.
• Wholesale Client Information Statement (Professional clients only) – sets out the relationship between wholesale clients and Pepperstone Group Limited.
• Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) ID Check Requirements – sets out the kinds of information we need to verify your identity in accordance with Australian AML/CTF laws.
• Complaints Notice – Explains our complaint handling procedures.

• Demo Platform Terms and Conditions – governs your use of Pepperstone’s demo trading services.
• Website Terms and Conditions – governs your use of our website. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms.
