Deposit Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) apply to Pepperstone’s Deposit Referral Campaign offered by us to Pepperstone Pro clients in Australia. This Offer is available by invitation only. The Offer is separate from, and does not operate in conjunction with our ‘Refer a Friend Program’ or our ‘5 Referral Campaign’ promotions (each an ‘Other Referral Promotion’). You may participate in this Offer and in an Other Referral Promotion at the same time, but each Friend you refer can only be allocated to, and eligible for the bonus under, one of them (see clause 1.5). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Offer Terms.

“Bonus” means the amounts payable to you and your Friend under this Offer as set out in these Offer Terms.

“Campaign Period” means the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive) during which the Offer is available.

“Corporations Act” means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

“Deposit and Trade Requirements” means the requirements set out in clause 1.2 that your Friend must satisfy within the Qualification Period.

“Eligible Client” means a person who satisfies the Eligible Client criteria in clause 3.

“Eligible Trades” means the trades in the financial products described in clause 2.

“Friend” means an individual or company referred by you in accordance with these Offer Terms, who is a Nominated Friend.

“Invitation” means a written invitation from us to participants in this Offer.

“Lot Points” means the points credited for Eligible Trades under these Offer Terms.

“Nominated Friend” means a Friend you have notified to us in accordance with clause 3.2(d) and whose nomination we have confirmed.

“Offer” means the offer of this Deposit Referral Campaign made available under these Offer Terms.

“Pepperstone Pro” means a client who has been classified by Pepperstone as a wholesale client by satisfying either the Sophisticated Investor test or the Wealth test.

“Qualification Period” means the period of 90 days from the date your Friend opens their Pepperstone trading account.

“Refer a Friend Program” means our existing referral program, the terms of which are available on our website here.

“Retail Client” has the same meaning given by sections 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act.

“Sophisticated Investor test” means the test for qualifying as a wholesale client under section 761GA of the Corporations Act.

“We”, “us” or “our” means Pepperstone Group Limited, ACN 147 055 703, AFSL 414530, Level 16, Tower One, 727 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3008, Australia.

“Wealth test” means the test for qualifying as a wholesale client under section 761G(7)(c) of the Corporations Act.

“You”, “your” or “yours” means the person who meets the Eligible Client criteria under clause 3.

1.1 For you and your Friend to be eligible to receive the Bonus, the following conditions must be met:

a) you must be an Eligible Client;

b) your Friend must:

(i) open a trading account with Pepperstone during the Campaign Period and provide your email address as the referrer at the time of application (Account Preferences – ‘How did you hear of us’ section);

(ii) be approved as a Pepperstone Pro client; and

(iii) meet the Deposit and Trade Requirements within the Qualification Period.

1.2 Deposit and Trade Requirements: To meet the Deposit and Trade Requirements, your Friend must, within the Qualification Period:

a) deposit a total of at least AUD $100,000 into their Pepperstone trading account (in one or more deposits), and maintain net deposits (total deposits less withdrawals) of at least AUD $100,000 throughout the Qualification Period; and

b) accumulate at least 400 Lot Points from Eligible Trades, with the first Eligible Trade placed during the Campaign Period.

1.3 Lot Points are credited for each standard lot traded round trip as follows:

a) FX (clause 2.1 (a)) – 1 Lot Point per lot (400 lots = 400 Lot Points);

b) Commodities (clause 2.1 (b)) – 0.5 Lot Points per lot (800 lots = 400 Lot Points); and

c) Index (clause 2.1 (c)) – 0.1 Lot Points per lot (4,000 lots = 400 Lot Points).

Lot Points from different categories are added together. For example, 200 FX lots (200 Lot Points) + 200 commodity lots (100 Lot Points) + 1,000 index lots (100 Lot Points) = 400 Lot Points.

1.4 The Bonus payable under this Offer is as follows:

*Lot size is generally 1 unit of the relevant currency per point. Index markets are quoted in points, rather than in currency terms.

1.5 Each Friend can only be allocated to one referral promotion. A Friend who is a Nominated Friend under this Offer will be allocated to this Offer only, and no Bonus will be payable to you or your Friend under any Other Referral Promotion in respect of that Friend. A Friend referred under any Other Referral Promotion cannot be allocated to this Offer. Your participation in any Other Referral Promotion does not prevent you from participating in this Offer in respect of different Friends, and vice versa. If a Friend could qualify under more than one referral promotion, the Friend will be allocated to the promotion under which you first nominated or referred them, as recorded by us, and our records are final.

1.6 The applicable Bonuses will be deposited into the respective Pepperstone trading accounts within 30 days after we have verified that all the eligibility requirements are met by you and your Friend, subject to compliance and anti-money laundering review. The Bonus is withdrawable cash. If the Qualification Period extends beyond the end of the Campaign Period, the Offer will still be honoured provided all other conditions under these Offer Terms are satisfied.

2.1 This Offer applies to the following trades (“Eligible Trades”):

a) FX:

• major currency pairs (AUDUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY);

• minor currency pairs (AUDCAD, AUDCHF, AUDNZD, AUDSGD, EURAUD, EURCHF, EURGBP, GBPAUD, GBPCHF, NZDUSD); and

• crosses (CADCHF, EURCAD, EURNZD, GBPCAD, GBPNZD, USDCAD, AUDJPY, CADJPY, CHFJPY, EURJPY, GBPJPY, NZDJPY).

b) Commodities:

• metals (XAUUSD, XAGUSD, XPDUSD, XPTUSD); and

• oils (XTIUSD, XBRUSD).

c) Index:

• indices (AUS200, CN50, EUSTX500, FRA50, GER40, JPN225, SPA35, UK100, US500, NAS100, US30, US2000, HK50).

2.2 Any products not displayed above are not eligible for the purposes of meeting the Deposit and Trade Requirements, unless otherwise agreed by a Pepperstone representative in writing.

2.3 Your Friend must place Eligible Trades themselves. All Eligible Trades must be kept open for a minimum of 5 minutes. Hedged positions will not count towards the Deposit and Trade Requirements.

3.1 This Offer is only available to Eligible Clients who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 You’re an Eligible Client if you:

a) are a Pepperstone Pro throughout the Campaign Period;

b) have an active trading account throughout the Campaign Period;

c) have received an Invitation from us;

d) notify us of your Friend’s full name and email address before your Friend applies for their Pepperstone account; and

e) comply with these Offer Terms throughout the Campaign Period.

3.3 Pepperstone’s introducing brokers and their referrals may not be eligible to participate in this Offer. Introducing brokers will need to confirm their eligibility with us before seeking to refer Friends under this Offer.

4.1 You must only refer close friends. You must not market, advise or promote this Offer through paid advertising channels or to the public (i.e. on public blog sites, search engines or in sponsored ads).

4.2 Your referral must only consist of letting your Friend know of the services we provide and providing them with our contact details. You must not provide financial product advice, or induce or encourage them to trade with us, in connection with your referral. When you give the referral, you must disclose to your Friend that you may receive a bonus payment for the referral if the Offer conditions are met.

5.1 You and your Friend(s) must participate in this Offer in good faith. We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to withhold any Bonus awarded to you and your Friend(s), exclude you and your Friend(s) from the Offer and/or suspend or permanently terminate trading account access for you and/or your Friend(s), if you or your Friend(s):

a) breach any of these Offer Terms or our Terms and Conditions of Service;

b) engage in any actual or suspected abuse of this Offer; or

c) have acted (or we have reason to suspect that you or they have acted) fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage under this Offer.

5.2 Your referral must only consist of letting your Friend know of the services we provide and providing them with our contact details. You must not provide financial product advice, or induce or encourage them to trade with us, in connection with your referral. When you give the referral, you must disclose to your Friend that you may receive a bonus payment for the referral if the Offer conditions are met.

5.3 Where a Bonus has been paid and we subsequently determine that you or your Friend did not satisfy these Offer Terms, or that the Bonus was paid in error, we may, acting reasonably, reverse or recover the Bonus (or any part of it) from you or your Friend (as the case may be). Without limiting the foregoing, no Bonus is payable if your Friend’s net deposits fall below AUD $100,000, or if you or your Friend ceases to be a Pepperstone Pro client, before the Bonus is paid.

5.4 Bonuses can’t be transferred to another person, another person’s trading account or exchanged for other goods and services.

5.5 This Offer is not available to Retail Clients. If you or your Friend are reclassified as a Retail Client before the Bonus is paid, no Bonus is payable.

5.6 A Bonus under this Offer can only be paid once per household.

5.7 You can only refer a Friend once. You can’t refer yourself via a joint account, company account of which you’re a director, a family member or a member of the same household.

5.8 Invitations and promotion codes are personal to you, are not transferable and must not be shared publicly. We may decline to issue, or withdraw, an Invitation at any time, acting reasonably (without affecting Bonuses already earned).

5.9 This Offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other Pepperstone promotion, other than the Refer a Friend Program and the 5 Referrals Campaign.

5.10 This Offer only applies to accounts opened with Pepperstone Group Limited. A Bonus will not be payable for any accounts opened with any other Pepperstone entity.

5.11 We reserve the right to modify, change or withdraw this Offer at any time at our sole discretion. If we decide to withdraw this Offer, we’ll still honour the Offer in respect of all Bonuses earned prior to the Offer being withdrawn, provided that you and your Friend(s) satisfy these Offer Terms.

5.12 You acknowledge and agree that a Bonus isn’t an inducement to trade and we won’t be liable for trading losses incurred by you or your Friend as a result of your (or their) trading or in relation to this Offer. Trading leveraged products involves a high degree of risk and you could lose substantially more than your initial investment.

5.13 You acknowledge and agree that the opening of a Pepperstone trading account is subject to the relevant anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing “Know Your Customer” checks under applicable anti-money laundering laws and that we can’t accept Friend referrals from jurisdictions on our banned countries list.

5.14 You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this Offer doesn’t make you our agent or representative.

5.15 This Offer isn’t open to residents of any jurisdiction where participating in this Offer would be contrary to local laws and regulations.

5.16 You and your Friend are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence that may apply to:

a) your participation in this Offer; and/or

b) your operation of a Pepperstone trading account.

5.17 We do not provide tax advice. A Bonus may have tax consequences for you and your Friend and you should seek independent advice.

5.19 These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
