How can I reset my trading account password?
In your secure client area, click on the pen symbol located to the right of your trading account number and select 'Change Trading Account Password'.
How do I update the nickname on my trading account?
Log in to your secure client area and enter the new name under the 'Change Nickname' tab.
How do I open another demo account?
Log in to your secure client area, select the 'Demo' tab in the Account section and click on the blue plus symbol.
How do I open another live account?
Log in to your secure client area, select the 'Live tab' in the Account section and click on the blue plus symbol.
Can I change my account currency?
Unfortunately, once your trading account has been created we can't change its currency.

How can I reset my secure client area password?
To reset your secure client area password, go to our reset password webpage.
How do I change contact details on my account?
Log in to your secure client area, click on the person icon, select 'My Profile' and click edit.
How can I change the leverage on my trading account?
Go to the 'Account' section in your secure client area., click on the pen icon above the relevant account, and select 'Change Leverage'.
Can I change my account type?

How can I link my account to an Introducing Broker?
To link your account to an introducing broker please email [email protected] with your trading account number.
How can I reactivate an old account?
All you need to do is email [email protected] with the trading account number you wish to restore.
Can I retrieve the data on my demo account after it has expired?
Unfortunately not, due to server capacity restrictions.
What is my investor password?
Investor passwords provide read-only access, so no trades can be placed or modified while using this password.
How can I request a trade investigation?
Please email [email protected] with your account number, trade order numbers, and details of the trades.
