I just made my first deposit, why can't I see the funds in my account?

If you used Paypal to fund your account, your first deposit will require verification to ensure no third party funding has taken place. This will take 1-2 business days. Once verified, all future deposits from the same account will be applied instantly.

If you sent the funds by Domestic Australian Bank Transfer, the funds will be received and applied to your account within 1-2 business days. For International Bank Wire Transfers it can take 2-5 business days for the funds to be received and applied to your trading account.

If it has been more than 5 business days, contact your bank and ask them to provide you with the status of your funds. You can also send a transaction receipt or bank statement, showing details of the funds wired from your bank account to funding@pepperstone.com and we can investigate this further for you.
