I just made my first deposit, why can't I see the funds in my account?

Deposits in AED are typically processed instantly or within a few hours by the UAE Banks, depending on your bank. We monitor our accounts regularly, and once your funds arrive, they will be promptly credited to your trading account. Deposits in foreign currencies may take longer due to intermediary banks and standard banking processes. Please note, we can only credit your account once we receive the funds, and while we aim to do this as quickly as possible, the timing depends on the banking system.

If it has been more than 5 working days, please contact us under funding@pepperstone.com by sending your transaction receipt or bank statement showing details of the funds wired from your bank account and we may be able to investigate this further for you.

If you are a professional client and used PayPal to fund your account, your first deposit will require verification to ensure no third-party funding has taken place. This will take 1-2 business days. Once verified, all future deposits from the same account will be applied instantly.
