You can create either a live Pepperstone trading account to start trading or a demo account to trade with virtual funds. Note that your account is initially temporary, pending verification of your submitted documentation.

To create an account through the mobile app: 

1. Open the Pepperstone mobile app and tap ‘join now’.
2. Select ‘continue with email’.
3. Fill in your profile details and choose either a live or a demo account.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

To withdraw funds from the Pepperstone mobile app, follow the steps below:

1. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen.

If profile icon is not visible, either tap < or close any secondary window.

2. Tap ‘withdraw’ and you will be redirected to your secure client area.

3. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen and select ‘funds’ and ‘withdraw funds’.

You can place a trade either by using the standard multi-step approach or one-click trading. Note that one-click trading places the trade instantly at the current market price.

Standard multi-step approach:

1. Display the instrument you want to buy or sell.

You can select the instrument from the markets page, the watchlist you have created or a public one.

2. Tap on the sell or buy button at the bottom of the screen, depending on your trading strategy. 

3. Specify your trade parameters such as order type, lot size, stop-loss or take-profit levels.

4. Tap the buy button to execute the trade.

One-click trading is a feature that lets you open or close trades instantly with a single click, without going through extra confirmation steps. This helps you react quickly to market movements and take advantage of opportunities as they arise.

You click or tap on a buy or ask price and an at-market order is executed immediately based on a contract or lot size you have previously specified as your default value. This mode is recommended only for experienced traders. It can be enabled only after accepting a particular set of terms and conditions. Enabling (or disabling) One-click trading on the Pepperstone app does not automatically enable (or disable) it on the web-based Peppesrtone platform.

To enable or disable one-click trading:

1. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen.

2. If profile is not visible, either tap < or close any secondary window.

3. Go to settings and slide the one-click trading slider right (to enable it) or left (to disable it).

4. If you are enabling one-click trading:

a. Read the disclaimer notice that appears.

b. To accept, tap the check box near the bottom of the screen

c. Tap Accept

d. Click OK to enable one-click trading

Make sure to pre-set your trade size, stop-loss, and take-profit levels before using it to manage risk effectively. Enabling (or disabling) it on the app does not automatically enable (or disable) it on the mobile app.
