Our DFSA regulated entity is only available to clients who meet professional client’ criteria, as outlined by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). If you do not qualify as professional client, your application will continue under our local SCA regulated entity based in UAE.
Are you eligible to be a professional client under DFSA regulations?
To qualify as a professional client with Pepperstone DFSA, you must meet both the experience and wealth criteria outlined below:

| 1) I have regularly traded over the last year, placing at least 40 leveraged trades with a minimum notational value of $50,000. | 1) I have at least $1 million USD in net assets. |

| 2) I have at least 2 years of employment in a regulated financial institution in a position giving me knowledge of derivatives trading. | 2) I have a financial portfolio, secondary properties and/or other tangible assets worth $1 million USD or more. |
