Change Your MT4 Password Within The Platform

The Client Area is not the only place you can change your MT4 password; you can also change your MT4 password within the platform.

1. Once logged in to your Metatrader 4 platform, please find the Tools menu and click Options:

2. From the Options window you will need to click the Server tab to bring up your account details, then click Change:

3. Once the password change window pops up, you will need to enter your old password in the field provided as well as confirming your new desired password twice:

You can also change your investor password though this method if you have lost it previously. Click OK to confirm the change.
