Durante il processo di apertura conto ti verrà richiesto di fornirci il tuo Numero di Identificazione Nazionale (NIN). Ai sensi della MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) ci è richiesto di conservare questa informazione e di utilizzarla per questioni di reporting delle transazioni.

Tutti i clienti devono fornirlo?
I clienti con cittadinanza francese, tedesca, irlandese, unherese, austriaca e lussemburghese non hanno bisogno di fornirci i loro NIN.
Per tutti gli altri Pasei dell’EEA (Area Economica Europea) è necessario fornirlo.
Come posso sapere quale NCI devo fornire.
Per i clienti con cittadinanza italiana, il NIN da fornire è il Codice Fiscale.
Quale NCI devo fornire se ho una doppia cittadinanza?
Per clienti con cittdinanza italiana e non-EEA, dovresti fornire soltanto il tuo Codice Fiscale.
