As a professional trader, we trust you to make the call on your exposure. The leverage you can access varies by CFD market:

Active-trader rebates
If you meet the trading-volume threshold of one instrument or asset class in a calendar month, you will receive the trading-cost discounts of that tier.
Tier 2 receives $2 per lot of FX, 20% spread reduction for Indices CFDs & Commodity CFDs* even if your trading volume does not meet the minimum requirement of the other two asset classes.

How do rebates work? An example...
If your total FX volume traded in a month is 500 lots, this falls under Tier 2. You’ll therefore receive $2 per lot of FX, even if your trading volume does not meet the minimum requirement of the other two asset classes.

How do I become a Pepperstone Pro?
This is a self-certification process that only takes a few minutes, which is available in your secure client area. You’ll have to complete a short quiz to demonstrate that you meet the eligibility criteria. You'll need to self-certify that you meet two of the following three criteria:
- Your experience in trading leveraged trading (financial derivative or OTC) products
- Your cash deposits and trading portfolio exceed USD$500,000
- Your professional experience working in the financial services sector
