What is my investor password?

Investor passwords provide read-only access, so no trades can be placed or modified while using this password. Investor passwords are not automatically generated when opening an account. 

How to change investor password

PC

Log into the MT4/MT5 platform, choose the account number in Navigator and with a right click choose – “Change password”. A pop-up window will appear, make sure to choose Change Investor (read-only) password and insert your password on the top field and the investor password you wish on the bottom

Android

Go to Manage Accounts and log in to the account you wish to update password for. Then, click on the 3 dots on the top right and choose “Change password” and once the password page appear click on the small grey arrow on the bottom right of where it says “Change Master Password” and fill in the blanks.

iOS

Go to Settings, click on your current account on the top of the page and then click on the 3 dots to the right of your account name. Select “change password” -> Change Investor Password and fill in the blanks.
