How can I reset my trading account password?

Simply Log in to your Secure Client Area click on the cogwheel “settings” symbol below the account and change the password from the “Change trading account password” option.

Your new password must contain:

• One capital letter

• One number

• One of these special characters: !$%&_-@

• At least 8 characters

For TradingView and cTrader accounts, you will be redirected to cTrader:

Pepperstone (WebTrader) accounts do not include an option to change the password, as they are directly linked to your Secure Client Area.
