Important Information
• Withdrawals received before 21:00 (GMT) will be processed the next day. If received before 07:00 (Australian Eastern Standard Time), it will be processed on the same day.
• To avoid your withdrawal order failing to process or requiring special unlocking of funds, we recommend that you reduce the use of "Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)" to submit your funding and withdrawals. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to third-party transaction regulations, funds can only be returned to a bank account with the same name (or joint name) as your Pepperstone trading account.
• Any international wire transfer (TT) fees charged by our banking institution will be passed on to the client. Most international wire transfer fees are approximately USD 20.
• Bank wire transfer withdrawals usually take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
• There may be unforeseen circumstances that could extend the withdrawal time.
