Has The Hawkish Repricing Run Its Course?

Markets have significantly repriced the policy outlook over the last month, now expecting at least three further 25bps hikes from the Fed, while having also priced out the chances of a rate cut before year-end. This has not been isolated to the US, however, with eurozone & UK rate outlooks also being revised sharply in a more hawkish direction. The question on investors’ minds now, though, is whether this repricing has run its course, or if there is still more left in the tank?
