How to start copying signals
Make sure you have an MT4/5 account. If you don’t, click here to open one.
Sign up for Signal Start and set up your account as a ‘signal follower’.
Connect your MT4/5 Pepperstone account and set up your billing.
That’s it. You’re good to go. Start searching for signal providers by going to the ‘Forex signals’ tab and click ‘copy’ when you’re ready to trade.
Want to provide signals?
If you’d like to provide signals to other traders, please follow the same steps as above but select ‘signal provider’ when you link your account. To withdraw your earnings, you’ll need to complete Signal Start’s KYC process.
Signal provider ranking
To have a signal rank and show up on the list, you’ll need to have:
- Traded for 30 days or placed 50 trades
- An account balance of at least $100
Your rank may become pending for several reasons, including:
- Depositing or withdrawing while you have open trades. This is prohibited as it skews the risk management of followers.
- High-risk trading (heavy losses or high gains in a short period of time).
- An inactive account or signal.

Signal start is a simple and intuitive copy trading service that allows you to copy the trades of one or more signal providers or provide signals to other traders.
You do not need a new trading account if you already have one. If you do not have one, please click here to open one now.
There is no minimum deposit required to start copying signals through Signal Start.
As a copier, you’ll need to pay $25 to connect your account to Signal Start, as well as the subscription fee set by your signal provider. As a signal provider, Signal Start will charge you 30% of your set subscription fee.
No. Signal Start only charges a small monthly service fee for operating the copy signal account and subscribing to their systems.
You can set a subscription fee between $30 and $500 for traders to copy your signals.
One main advantage of Signal Start is that you do not have to keep your account or platform open. The service is connected to Pepperstone's servers, meaning you won’t encounter disruption to your trading.

Provide a description, set the price (between $30 and $500), make it public, and click ‘save’.
Signal Start uses an industry-standard time-weighted return formula (or TWR in short) to calculate your performance. This means that your deposits and withdrawals do not affect your performance data.
