Terms and Conditions - 20 Commission Free Trades

In these Offer Terms:

“Offer” means this Commission Free Offer, which is offered to you under these Offer Terms;

“Offer Terms” means this Offer Terms;

“Pepperstone”, “we” “us” or “our” means Pepperstone Group Limited, Pepperstone Markets Limited, Pepperstone Markets Kenya Limited, Pepperstone Limited, Pepperstone GmbH and Pepperstone EU Limited;

“Pepperstone Pro” means a Professional Client as defined in our Terms and Conditions of Service;

“Retail Client” has the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions of Service;

“Terms and Conditions of Service” means the applicable terms and conditions and associated documents that govern your account with us; and

“You” “your” or “yours” means you, if you meet the criteria of an Eligible Client under clause 3 of these Offer Terms.

1. The Offer

1.1. You will need to sign up for this Offer via [link] OR reply to your invitation email for your confirmation of signing up this Offer (“Offer Sign Up”). Your Offer Sign Up means you understand and accept these Offer Terms.

1.2. Offer is only available for 30 calendar days starting from the Offer effected on your Razor account with us (“Period”). Once you receive and accept these Offer Terms as well as meet the criteria of Eligible Client, Pepperstone will assign this Offer to your nominated Razor account with us, at Pepperstone’s discretion.

1.3. For you to be eligible for this Offer:

a. You must comply with these Offer Terms; and

b. You must belong to one of the categories below:

· Pepperstone PRO of Pepperstone Group Limited OR Pepperstone Limited OR Pepperstone GmbH OR Pepperstone EU Limited;

· Pepperstone PRO or Retail Client of Pepperstone Markets Limited OR Pepperstone PRO or Retail Client of Pepperstone Markets Kenya Limited

c. You have a live Razor account(s) with us.

1.4. You are limited to 20 commission free trades (“Free Trade”) OR up to USD 600 accumulated from enjoyed commission free trades, which occurs first (“Cap”). The Cap applies in aggregate across ALL trading accounts held by the Eligible Client per household.

1.5. Any unused commission-free trades after 30 days are forfeited.

1.6. Subject to clause 1.4, Free Trades, means a trade that is free from commission for all trades on Razor account(s) that would otherwise be payable on these trades. ALL other types of accounts are EXCLUDED. ALL other costs, including but not limited to spreads, swaps/financing, third-party/exchange/data fees, and taxes, are EXCLUDED. For example, any swap fees if you hold the trade open overnight, may still be applicable.

1.7. This Offer can only be claimed once per household. However, you may have an opportunity to participate again after termination, at Pepperstone’s sole discretion.

1.8. You will automatically receive the commission applicable to each trade within approximately 30 minutes after successful trade execution.

2. Your Eligibility

2.1. You’re an Eligible Client if you meet the criteria of Clause 1.2 and 1.3 on this Offer Term.

2.2. Pepperstone Introducing Brokers, Partners and their referrals with markups and Active Trader will NOT be eligible to participate in this Offer.

3. Acceptance and Termination

3.1. By signing up by [ink] OR replying email for confirmation of sig up this Offer, you acknowledge and accept these Offer Terms.

3.2. After the cap is reached (see clause 1.4.) or the 30-day period ends, whichever occurs first, standard commission charges shall apply.

4. General

4.1. You must participate in this Offer in good faith. We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to withhold any Offer awarded to you, exclude you from the Offer and/or suspend or permanently terminate trading account access for you, if you:

(a) breach any of these Offer Terms or our Terms and Conditions of Service;

(b) engage in any actual or suspected abuse of this Offer; or

(c) we have reason to suspect that you have acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage under this Offer.

4.2. The Offer can’t be transferred to another person, another person’s trading account or exchanged for other goods and services.

4.3. This Offer only applies to account(s) opened with the Pepperstone entity which you entered with Terms and Conditions of Service.

4.4. This Offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other Pepperstone promotion.

4.5. We reserve the right to modify, change or withdraw this Offer at any time at our sole discretion. If we decide to withdraw this Offer, we’ll still honour the Offer for all free commission trade(s) executed prior to the withdrawn, provided that you satisfy these Offer Terms.

4.6. You acknowledge and agree that this Offer isn’t an inducement to trade and we won’t be liable for trading losses incurred by you as a result of your trading or in relation to this Offer. Trading leveraged

products involves a high degree of risk and you could lose substantially more than your initial investment.

4.7. You acknowledge and agree that the opening of a Pepperstone trading account is subject to the relevant anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing “Know Your Customer” checks under applicable anti-money laundering laws.

4.8. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this Offer doesn’t make you our agent or representative.

4.9. This Offer isn’t open to residents of any jurisdiction where participating in this Offer would be contrary to local laws and regulations.

4.10. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence that may apply to:

(a) your participation in this Offer; and/or

(b) your operation of a Pepperstone trading account.

4.11. We take our privacy obligations seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy of the Pepperstone entity with which you entered into Terms and Conditions of Service for more information about how we handle your personal information.

4.12. Pepperstone may withdraw or amend the promotion where required by applicable law(s)/regulation(s) or at its discretion, subject to regulatory obligations.

4.13. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction with which you entered into the Terms and Conditions of Service and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
