Resetting your Secure Client Area login

If you have misplaced your secure client area login information, there is a reset facility on the login page.
By selecting the "forgotten password?" link, you will simply be required to enter your registered email address and a confirmation reset email will be sent to your inbox within a matter of seconds. Please follow the steps in the email to reset your details. If you are still unable to login, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address that is linked to the account.
Your password for the secure client area can also be changed while you are logged in the the secure client area. To do this, simply find the My Profile panel to the left of the screen, and choose Change Password.
