Company Account Applications

To approve a new account for a company we require the following ID documents:

1. The Certificate of Incorporation/Registration


2. One of the below company documents that states all current Directors and Shareholders:

  • Certificate of Incumbency
  • Articles of Association
  • Company Extract
  • Memorandum

Please note: These documents must contain the following details - company name, company number, registered office address, list of directors and beneficial owners.

We also require two of the following ID documents from all Directors and Shareholders of the company:

  • Passport
  • Driver's Licence
  • National ID
  • A valid secondary ID document such as a bank statement or utility bill, stating the name, current residential address of the director/shareholder as well as an issue date.

Please note: Your photo ID documents must clearly state your full name, date of birth and issue/expiry date.
