Account History with MetaTrader 4

Your account history is stored in the server once trades have been closed. You can go back and review your trade history within the terminal itself if you need it for tax purposes or for reviewing your trading performance.
Once you have logged in, select the account history tab in the terminal – this is found at the bottom left of your MT4 platform:
In order to filter the closed trades to a specific point in time, right click in the account history area and select the time period which you require:
In this scenario we are selecting the whole account history.
Once all the trades have been shown, you can right click again and save this data as a report. You can also save the data as a detailed report if you require a more in depth analysis of your trades. The detailed report contains details such as expected pay-off, relative draw-down, win percentages,averages as well as a chart of your equity curve.
Account statements are saved to your computer as an HTML document. This means they can be opened using a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
