What is my withdrawal status?

The status of your withdrawal request is displayed in the Withdrawal History page of your Client Area.

To view your withdrawal status, please log on to the Secure Client Area – secure.pepperstone.com – and click on Deposits, then click on History and select Withdrawal History.

If your withdrawal status is “Requested”, this means that you will need to access your email and approve the requested withdrawal.

If your withdrawal status is “Pending”, this means that Pepperstone has received your withdrawal request and the request is in line for processing. 

Have you received my withdrawal request?

How do I process a withdrawal?

In order to complete a withdrawal from your trading account, you will need to complete the online withdrawal form via the Secure Client Area.

This area can be located in the top left hand corner of the client area under the Deposits link.

The withdrawal form will ask you some questions first in order to determine the method that you can use for withdrawing your funds.

If you are making a withdrawal within 60 days of depositing into your account, funds must be returned to the method it was deposited with.

What are the fees for deposits?

Pepperstone does not charge any fees on the following funding methods: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, PayPal, Poli, China Union Pay, Bank Tansfer, BPay, Skrill, Neteller

Standard Credit / Debit Card deposits incur a 1.8% fee for AUD deposits and a 3% fee for all other currencies. The Qiwi funding method incurs a 3%.

What are the fees for withdrawals?

There are no fees for withdrawing back via Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

For withdrawals of the original deposit amount, there are no fees for PayPal. PayPal does charge a 3% fee for withdrawal amounts above the original deposit amount.

Skrill has a fixed USD $1 withdrawal fee.

For Bank Wire withdrawals, there is a USD $20 fee (or equivalent) for international bank withdrawals. Withdrawals via Bank Wire within Australia in AUD are free of charge.

Have you received my deposit?

To check on whether a deposit has been received by Pepperstone, you can access either your Client Area or check your trading account for the deposit directly. Our accounts team will provide email notification when your funds arrive.

The normal time frame for deposits are

  • China Union Pay - Instant
  • Bank Transfer – 2 to 3 business days for international deposits, 1 business day for domestic Australian deposits
  • BPay – 1 to 2 business days
  • Skrill - Instant
  • Neteller - Instant
  • Qiwi - Instant
  • FasaPay - Instant
  • Broker to Broker - 3 to 5 business days
  • Regional specific funding – varies depending on local funding method used

If I deposit via card / bank / skrill etc., how can I withdraw?

Our general policy for deposits and withdrawals is that if you fund via a particular method, you will need to withdraw via this method also.

Given the variety of funding methods we have available, the withdrawal options that a client will have is largely influence by their previous depositing history and how recent a particular funding method was used.

To check what withdrawal methods you have available, please access the Secure Client Area and click on Deposits, then click Withdraw. The methods you have available for withdrawing will be displayed on this page.
