Completing the Online Withdrawal Form

In order to complete a withdrawal from your trading account, you will need to complete the online withdrawal form via the Secure Client Area.
This area can be located in the top left hand corner of the client area under the Deposits link.
The withdrawal form will ask you some questions first in order to determine the method that you can use for withdrawing your funds.
You will note that if you have funded via a credit card in the last 60 days, you will be required to withdraw the funds back to the same card that funded the account. If you have not funded via a credit card however, you will be taken to the next screen. If it has been more than 60 days since you funded the account by credit card, you will be able to withdraw by bank wire transfer.
Once all information has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please then look over the details to ensure that they are correct. Once you are happy with the details, please click the ‘Confirm’ button to finalise the request and alert the Pepperstone Accounts team to process your request.
