To link your account to an introducing broker please email support@pepperstone.com with your trading account number.

Find out how to reset your password, choose an account type or set your preferences.

To reset your trading account password, please login to <a href="https://auth.pepperstone.com/login" target="_self">My Account.</a> Once logged in, you will notice a cog wheel symbol in the top right corner of your trading account. Click on the cog wheel and then select 'Send Reset Password Email' and you will be sent a password reset link to your email. A guide on how to reset your trading account password can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPihtNWqNsc Once you click on the link contained in the password reset email and login to your client area, please ensure that the password you set has: - A minimum of 8 characters, maximum of 15 characters - 1 uppercase letter - 1 number - At least 1 of the following special characters: !$%&amp;_-@ An example password would be: Atrepo1@ To reset your trading account password while you have 2FA enabled, please go to <a href="https://auth.pepperstone.com/login" target="_self">My Account </a>- you will notice a cogwheel symbol in the top right corner of your trading account number box. Click on the cogwheel and then select "Change trading account password" and follow the above guide to correctly set a new password, then insert the 2FA code and click Submit.

In My Account, click on the pen symbol located to the right of your trading account number and select 'Change Trading Account Password'.

How can I reset my trading account password

All you need to do is go to the Account section in <a href="https://auth.pepperstone.com/login" target="_self">My Account</a>, click on the pen symbol above the account and enter the new name under the Change Nickname tab. It's not possible to change the trading account name which is displayed, as this is for administrative purposes only."

Log in to My Account and enter the new name under the 'Change Nickname' tab.

How do I update the nickname on my trading account

To request an additional demo trading account, please login in <a href="https://auth.pepperstone.com/login" target="_self">My Account </a>and click on 'Account’: on the right hand side make sure ‘DEMO’ is selected at the top, then click on the blue plus icon to ‘Request an Account’. Enter the account type and platform, leverage (flexible leverage accounts only), account currency and your desired level of funds. Then, create your password and click 'Submit.' Please note that client who is not approved and therefore has no LIVE account is limited to 5 demo accounts; 2 for MT4 (1 standard &amp; 1 razor account) and one each for MT5, cTrader &amp; TradingView. An approved client with a funded LIVE account can have up to 10 demo accounts. A client must wait for a demo to expire before additional demo accounts are opened.

Log in to My Account, select the 'Demo' tab in the Account section and click on the blue plus symbol.

How do I open another demo account

Simply log in to your <a href="https://secure.pepperstone.com/?locale=en">secure client area</a> and select the Live tab in the Account section. Log in to your secure client area, select the 'Live tab' in the Account section and click on the blue plus symbol.

How do I open another live account

However, in your <a href="https://secure.pepperstone.com/?locale=en">secure client area</a>, you have the option to open an additional live trading account in your preferred currency.

Unfortunately, once your trading account has been created we can't change its currency.

Can I change my account currency

If you're having trouble logging in to <a href="https://auth.pepperstone.com/login" target="_self">My Account</a> and receiving one of the following error messages: Invalid Account, Authorization Failed, or No Connection, review these tips and known login issues:<ol><li>Your account details (account number and server) are incorrect</li><li>Your password is incorrect</li><li>The incorrect server has been selected (each account has its own server and no other server can be used to access the account)</li><li>The account is archived</li><li>Your platform isn't connected to the internet or you have a weak internet connection</li><li>Your demo account has expired</li><li>You need to reset your password</li></ol>If none of the above helps to solve the problem, email <a href="mailto:support@pepperstone.com">support@pepperstone.com</a> with details of the issue and our team will be happy to assist.
