How do I confirm my withdrawal?

When you have reached step 3 of the withdrawal process you will be sent a withdrawal confirmation email. In this email, you’ll need to click on the link embedded within the text labelled 'Accept Withdrawal'. From here, you’ll be redirected to the secure client area where you may be requested to log in again. Once this has been done, your withdrawal request will be confirmed and the status moved to 'Pending'.

If you have 2FA enabled for your account, you’ll simply need to enter the code from your Authentication app at Step 3 of the request process.
