What happens to inactive MetaTrader accounts?

MetaTrader accounts that have been inactive for longer than 90 days and have a balance below 10 units of account currency (i.e. $10 USD), will automatically be ‘archived’ by the server.

This is an automated process initiated by the trading platform, following which the status of the account is changed to ‘inactive’ and the account can no longer be accessed via the secure client area or client terminal.
